Nagesh S Belur, Chairman is an experienced Techno Functional professional with 30 years of exposure to the Banking and IT Industry. Over his vast career, Nagesh has held several positions in leading IT companies and banks including HDFC Bank, Dhanalakshmi Bank, IDBI Bank, State Bank of Mysore, IBM, Oracle Financial Services, and Capgemini. He has been a global leader and has worked with cross cultural teams across all continents. A consummate professional, his responsibilities have included Domain development, Thought leadership, Strategic initiatives, Innovation through Business Models and Software assets, Project and People Management, Sales and Pre-sales support, Solution Architecting and CoE development. Nagesh is an MBA Finance from Bangalore University and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers.

Nagesh H, Managing Director & CEO has more than 12 years of IT industry experience with specialization in Human Resources. He has extensive experience with Staffing, Employee Engagement and has also worked as a functional consultant in SAP HR. He is proficient in Staffing and HR engagement roles. Nagesh has been awarded for his dynamism and drive with the “Top Talent” award in 2007 from IBM’s South Asia regional head. He is also credited for proposing several new ideas like “Diversity hiring” which is implemented and well recognized. His career has seen him in senior HR roles with large MNCs like IBM, HP and EDS. He is a commerce graduate from Kuvempu University and a certified SAP HR consultant from SAP Labs.

Avanish Kumar Ojha (CTO)completed his BE in Computer Science from Motilal Nehru Regional College in 2000. He has around 10 years of IT industry experience encompassing a wide range of skill sets, roles and industry verticals. He has extensive experience with analysis, design, development, support for telecommunication and operating system projects. Avanish has strong development experience in Telecommunication (GSM/GPRS/CDMA), Database and AIX operating systems. He has conducted several training programs in C/C++/Data structure/Operating System area for project teams in IBM, Oracle and Futuresoft. He was awarded Champion recruiter by IBM System Labs in 2005. Avanish has 4 US patents and has 15 published disclosures to his credit. He has authored several international conference papers.
